Simply Mindful Yoga offers a variety of yoga and pilates classes. From beginners to avid yogis, we have a class for you. Join us in our studio in Story City, Iowa.
Simply Mindful also offers Reiki sessions. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. We use our hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

I have been a practicing Dietitian for more than 14 years, specializing in sports nutrition, integrative and functional nutrition with an emphasis in Hashimoto’s, weight management, gut health, hormone balance and reduction of inflammation.
I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all plan regarding nutrition and always take an individualized approach with my clients. I work with my clients to develop a lifestyle protocol aimed specifically toward reaching their individual goals.
While balanced nutrition is a key to health & wellness, I do not believe nutrition alone is the answer to health. Reducing stress, practicing mindfulness, sleep, meditation and moving your body all contribute to overall health and these are thing which may be addressed during nutrition sessions. In order to enhance my ability to guide individuals toward comprehensive health and happiness, I study Yoga and Reiki and offer this as an additional or stand alone service to my clients.
