Reach your nutrition and health goals through individualized nutrition support. This option provides one-on-one appointments, which typically last around 60 minutes and follow-up appointments typically lasting 30 minutes. In these sessions, I will use your symptoms and goals to work with you in creating a plan specifically for YOU.
One-on-One Body Composition Nutrition Program
$950 – One-time payment (save $50)
$250/month for 4 months
Is your goal to lose fat and gain muscle? This program will provide an initial body composition test, 4 months of one-on one nutrition sessions to work on improving your diet to help decrease body fat and achieve the lean look you are striving for. The package includes: Initial body composition analysis, 1 initial 60 minute intake appointment, 7 – 30 – minute follow up sessions twice per month and a final body composition analysis to see progress.
Body Composition Testing
Receive a body composition analysis with InBody testing to determine fat vs lean mass. This package includes, testing and review of your results with the Dietitian. Buy now and call to schedule your appointment, or call to schedule and pay at the time of service.
